Did you know you could use oils for...


Peppermint:
-Peppermint can be used in making a rich peppermint hot cocoa from scratch or just by simply adding a couple of drops to your favorite packet.
-You can also give any of your favorite herbal tea a boost of flavor and healthy digestion support by adding a drop of peppermint.
-Peppermint is a great support mechanism during a hard workout too!

Rosemary:
-Rosemary is a great oil to replace dried rosemary in recipes. Simply add a drop of Rosemary essential oil to your favorite bread and pasta recipes. Try adding to marinades and salads for increased flavor too.
-Trying to keep a healthy lifestyle going? Add 2 drops of Rosemary essential oil to a vegetable capsule and take as a dietary supplement.

Tea Tree:
-Dry skin? As one of the most moisturizing oils, add a drop of Tea Tree essential oil to your favorite lotions. It will moisturize and cleanse your skin.
-You can also improve and maintain a healthy scalp by adding a drop or two to your favorite shampoo.
